Nanufoods applies Soft drying technology in production. Our Soft dried products are oil-free and no caramelisation. By using temperature & drying moisture difference in closed chain, without contacting outside environment, Soft dried products keep its nutrients, color, softness and natural flavor. Nanufood’s soft dried mango is good, soft, no leaking water and has long-term preservation. Packing style of Soft dried fruits: Bulk packing or retail bags depends on customer’s request.

Soft dried mango:
Mango variety: Kaew mango
Ingredients: Mango 95%, sugar: 5%, Acid citric: 14.064 mg/kg, Sulphur Dioxide SO2: 354 mg/kg
Type 1: Product Dimensions: (7-14) x (3-5.5) x (0.3-0.8) cm
Dried mango type 1 is suitable for Asia and Europe market – especially for high and average income end user.

Type 2: Product Dimensions: (7-12) x (3-4.5) x (0.1-0.3) cm
Dried mango type 2 is chosen from Type 1, with smaller dimension than Type 1, thinner slices, less brighter, younger – be suitable for low-income end user. This Type 2 is often exported to China, Russia market.
