Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing date on package (for un-opened package)
Dimension:thickness: 4-6mm, diameter: 45-65mm
Storage condition: dry cool place, avoid direct sunlight. The recommended temperature on container for better quality keeping: 18-22oC.
Manufacturing process chart: Pineapple fruit --> Storage --> Preliminary treatment --> Wash --> Blanching --> Cooling --> Soaking (Saccarose sugar, acid citric) --> Drying --> Cooling --> Weighting – Packaging --> Final products.
