Soft dried pineapple

Our raw material is from Nghe An province, the Queen Pineapple kind is planted in Nghe An Province which is favoured by good soil – not affected by saline sodic soil like Delta River area. Moreover, color of dried pineapple is brighter than dried pineapple coming from Fresh Pineapple in Kien Giang province. Owing to this condition, output of dried pineapple provided by Nanufood JS Company is abundant and stable, capacity: 1.5 tons dried pineapple/day.

Soft dried pineapple:

Ingredients: Pineapple 95%, sugar: 2-3%, Acid Citric: 0.05%, Sodium metabisulfite: 100 ppm; Moisture: 18-22%

Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing date on package (for un-opened package)

Dimension:thickness: 4-6mm, diameter: 45-65mm

Storage condition: dry cool place, avoid direct sunlight. The recommended temperature on container for better quality keeping: 18-22oC.

Manufacturing process chart: Pineapple fruit --> Storage --> Preliminary treatment --> Wash --> Blanching --> Cooling --> Soaking (Saccarose sugar, acid citric) --> Drying --> Cooling --> Weighting – Packaging --> Final products.
